How do I place an order?
You can shop directly through the website by adding your favourites to cart and checking out online.
Can I order more than one item?
Absolutely. Add as many little favourites as you like to your cart before checkout - perfect for gifts, teacher presents, thank-you gifts, matching pieces, or a very reasonable “I deserve this” moment.
Can I request a custom order?
Custom requests may be available depending on current stock, colours and materials. Please get in touch before ordering if you’re after something specific and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Delivery & shipping
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available within Goulburn, NSW and can be selected at checkout when eligible.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, local pickup is not currently available.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Australia-wide shipping is available at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive the relevant shipping details.
Product information
Are all items made in small batches?
Yes. Held Together Creations pieces are handmade in small batches, so slight variations may occur between items. Tiny differences are part of the charm - not factory clone behaviour.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each item is photographed as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and the nature of the materials used.
For patterned fabrics, bead mixes, glitter, pigments and resin details, placement may vary slightly between pieces.
Why are there small bubbles in resin pieces?
Small bubbles may occasionally appear in resin items. This is normal with resin pieces and does not affect the function or overall look of the item.
Product care
How do I care for my keyring or wristlet?
Please avoid pulling, chewing, soaking or placing heavy strain on your keyring or wristlet. Wipe gently with a damp cloth if needed and allow it to air dry.
How do I care for resin items?
To keep resin pieces looking their best, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, extreme heat, harsh chemicals and rough handling.
How do I care for my scrunchie?
Spot clean gently if needed. Avoid soaking, harsh scrubbing or tumble drying to help keep the fabric looking lovely.
Are silicone bead items safe for children?
Silicone bead keyrings and wristlets are not toys or teething products. They contain small parts and should be kept away from babies and young children.

Are your products suitable for gifting?
Yes. Held Together Creations pieces are perfect for small gifts, teacher gifts, thank-you gifts, birthdays, stocking fillers, work friends, besties, or that person who is impossible to buy for but probably still likes cute things.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout if you would like the order sent directly to them. Please double-check the delivery details before placing your order so your cute little gift doesn’t go on an unexpected adventure.
