We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide for $6.95.

Delivery Times  
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location.  
Estimated delivery is typically 2–8 business days within Australia.

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to postal service delays, which are outside of our control.

Local Pickup  
Free local pickup is available in Goulburn, NSW.  
If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking  
If tracking is provided, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels  
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
