As our items are handmade, slight variations may occur and are not considered faults.

Returns & Exchanges  
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items  
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Order Issues  
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or damaged.
